I had a clogged toilet today, Saturday of all days. My grandma has been using CPC for years and has recommended them. I called this morning, and the technician was here a couple hours later. He got it all fixed and was very nice. I will definitely recommend CPC to other people.

After using some other companys here in Rowan county and wasn't exactly pleased, one day years ago I called CPC. They show up on time ,dont make a big mess of my yard and their rates are competitive. Justin came and professionally cleaned my septic tank. He answered my questions and gave recommendations for upkeep and when to call with problems. He was fast, conscious, and thorough. I would highly recommend him and his company.

After calling two larger companies that were advertised on the internet but did not show up at their appointed time, I found and called this local company. The courteous scheduling staff gave me an appointment the next day! I was not having issues; I just wanted to maintain my system. The guy with the pump truck was friendly and did his job within an hour! They gave me advice on further maintenance and told me about the other services they offer. Great price, great service from local people! 5 🌟
